Opened the Elementor editor and the Master Addons widget you wanted isn’t there? Most of the time it’s not a bug. The widget is switched off in the Master Addons panel, so Elementor never loads it. Turn it back on and it shows up again. Here’s how.
Master Addons lets you enable or disable each widget and extension on its own. That keeps your site light by loading only what you use, but it also means a widget you never enabled (or turned off earlier) won’t show in the editor.
The Cause: The Widget Is Disabled #
In the screenshot below, the Master Addons category in Elementor shows only a handful of widgets. The rest aren’t missing or broken. They’re toggled off in settings, so Elementor skips them.

Step 1: Open the Master Addons Panel #
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Master Addons and open the Addons tab. This is the control panel for every widget. Each one has its own on/off toggle, grouped by type (Basic, Content, Media, Slider, and so on).

Step 2: Enable the Widget and Save #
Find the widget you’re after and flip its toggle on. Want a whole group at once? Use the Enable All toggle for that section. Then click Save Changes. This part is easy to forget, and nothing updates until you save.

Step 3: Reload Elementor #
Head back to your page in Elementor and refresh the editor. The widget now sits in the Master Addons category, ready to drag onto the page. You’ll notice how many more widgets show up once they’re enabled.

Still Don’t See the Widget After Enabling It? #
If you’ve enabled the widget, saved, and reloaded but it still won’t show, something else is going on. Two quick things to rule out first: confirm both Elementor and Master Addons are active under Plugins, and clear your caching plugin plus your browser cache, then reopen the editor.
If it’s still missing after that, get in touch with our support team. Tell us which widget, and we’ll look into it and fix the issue for you.
Frequently Asked Questions #
Why are some Master Addons widgets missing in Elementor?
They’re disabled in the Master Addons panel. Each widget has its own on/off toggle, so Elementor only loads the ones you’ve enabled. Turn the widget on under Master Addons > Addons and save to bring it back.
How do I enable a Master Addons widget?
Go to Master Addons > Addons in your dashboard, flip the toggle for the widget you want (or use Enable All for a whole section), then click Save Changes. Reload the Elementor editor and the widget appears.
Why does Master Addons let me disable widgets at all?
Disabling widgets you don’t use keeps Master Addons light. It only loads assets for the enabled widgets, which helps your pages stay fast instead of loading code for every widget by default.
I enabled the widget but still can’t see it. What now?
Make sure you clicked Save Changes, then hard-refresh the Elementor editor. Confirm both Elementor and Master Addons are active and clear your cache. If it’s still missing, contact our support team and we’ll fix it.
Are all Master Addons widgets free?
Many are free, and some are Pro. A Pro widget shows in the list but stays locked until you activate a license. If a widget is marked Pro, you’ll need an active Pro plan to use it.
