Sometimes it’s necessary to set Age Verification on a webpage. Some call this system Age gate or Age restriction too. Adding Age verification in WordPress website with Elementor page editor is easier now.
If you are Master Addons pro user then you will get this feature for free. There is an individual plugin available in codecanyon named Restrict Content for Elementor. Both elements work in the same way.
In this post, I will show you how to arrange the age verification system on any Webpage made with Elementor.
Why Age Verification is Important for Websites?
Age verification, in the context of websites, is important because it ensures that children are not exposed to content that is not appropriate for their age. The website can ask the user’s age before allowing them to see certain content.
Many websites have implemented an age verification process as a means of protecting children from viewing inappropriate content. These sites usually require users to enter in their date of birth so they can verify if the user falls within a specific range. These websites might also ask for other pieces of information such as the name, address and email address.
How to Integrate Elementor's Age Verification Widget in Your Website?
There are two types of age verification systems. The first one is on page which allows you to restrict a fixed section content. And there is another popup version that appeared automatically on page loads or open after clicking on button.
