Refund Policy
Updated: 10 March 2026
At Master Addons, we offer a refund if our plugin doesn’t deliver a feature listed on its sales page. Share a valid reason and we’ll process the refund.
Important note: We have a 14-day refund policy. If you qualify, you get 100% of your payment back.
If you’re running into trouble with your Master Addons license, open a ticket through the contact form first. Most issues we can sort out before it ever gets to a refund.
Refund processing time
Refunds usually clear in 3–5 business days. Weekends and holidays add a couple of days.
When you can get a refund
We accept refund requests when there’s a clear, valid reason. Refunds are granted only under these conditions:
- The plugin is missing a widget or feature that was clearly listed in its description.
- Our support team can’t resolve a plugin-related issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- We fail to provide the support we promised.
- A confirmed security vulnerability is found in the plugin.
When you are not eligible for a refund
You won’t be eligible in these situations:
- The refund request comes more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- You don’t share a valid reason or grant the access we need to fix the issue.
- You don’t give our support team enough time to resolve the issue.
- The problem is caused by Elementor itself, a third-party Elementor addon, a theme, or any conflict outside our control.
- The “missing” widget or feature was never claimed or advertised.
- You changed your mind or decided to stop using the plugin.
- You’re switching to a different Elementor addon (Essential Addons, Elementor Pro, Happy Addons, etc.).
- You claim the purchase was made by mistake.
- Tax charges, which are set by your local laws and aren’t controlled by our pricing.
- Auto-renewal payments, license upgrades, renewals, lifetime plans, discounted purchases, or any custom development work.
For a custom arrangement outside this policy, reach out to us through the contact form.
Custom development payments
If you’ve purchased custom development (a custom widget build, integration work, or migration help with a price agreed on by both parties), that confirmation locks the price. Any custom development payment is non-refundable. Advance project payments are also non-refundable. By paying, you’ve agreed to these terms.
Warranty
Master Addons is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. The plugin is guaranteed to function correctly when installed and activated alongside the latest stable versions of Elementor and WordPress.
We can’t guarantee compatibility with every third-party Elementor addon, theme, or plugin. The Elementor ecosystem has hundreds of addons that hook into the same APIs we do, and we can’t test against all of them. We also can’t guarantee every browser combination, so please confirm your browser works with our widgets.
In no event shall Master Addons or its parent entity (Jewel Theme) be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use our plugin.
We don’t license stock images, icons, or certain TrueType fonts (TTF) that may appear in widget demos and template kits. If you want to use them in production, purchase them from their respective owners.
All license holders get forum and ticket access. Master Addons doesn’t commit to monitoring the public forums full-time, but we reserve the right to respond. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
How to request a refund
If you qualify and no longer want to use the plugin, submit your request through our contact form. We reply within three business days.
