Frequently asked
Questions we get asked a lot
Everything about licences, updates and compatibility. If your question is not here, support replies within a day.
Does Master Addons work with any Elementor theme?
Yes. The widgets render inside Elementor, so anything that supports Elementor supports Master Addons — Hello, Astra, GeneratePress, Kadence and custom themes included. Only the Theme Builder templates need a theme that declares Elementor support.
What happens when my licence expires?
Nothing breaks. Every widget you have already built keeps working forever. The licence controls access to updates and support, so renewing only matters when you want the new releases.
Can I use one licence on client sites?
The Agency plan covers unlimited sites including client work. Personal and Business plans are capped at one and five sites respectively, counted by activation, so you can deactivate a site and move the licence.
Will the free widgets stay free?
They will. The free plugin on WordPress.org keeps its current widget set and continues to get bug fixes. Pro adds the advanced widgets, the Theme Builder and the full Widget Builder.
